SHIPPING

 + Shipping to UK mainland only 

+ Flat rate of £6 for UK mainland 

+ All orders will be dispatched within 2-4 working days

+ Shipping between 1-4 business days for UK mainland 

NOTE: These are estimated timeframes. I will work hard to make sure your package gets to you in a timely manor however I am JUST starting out so please be considerate of any unforeseen kinks along the way. 

 

ECO-FRIENDLY PACKAGING

+ Cornstarch peanuts (that dissolve in water)

+ Paper bubble wrap

+ Kraft paper stickers 

+ Kraft paper tape

+ Plantable wild flower seeded business & thank you cards

+ FSC Certified, acid free tissue paper

Everything comes within a cardboard box where you can remove the stickers on the outside and either reuse or flatten to recycle at home.  

NOTE:  Each piece will be packed with the utmost of care. Please inspect your package upon arrival. In the unexpected event that the product arrives to you damaged or broken please take a picture and email me at: jillianelisepottery@gmail.com

+ Please keep in mind that everything is handmade, so variation in colour, size and shape can sometimes occur.

+ Where there is more than one item available, the photographs displayed may not be of the specific item that you purchase. They will still be made with the same  glaze, clay etc but might vary slightly in shape and detail.
